The Aiguamolls de l’Empordà are located between the mouths of the rivers Muga and Fluvià, a few minutes from Somnis de l’Empordà is a delight for nature lovers and bird watching. The best times to observe them are early morning and late afternoon. A good pair of binoculars will be a great help to observe the birds, but don’t worry if you don’t have them, you can rent them at the information center.

The Dalí Museum Theater was designed by Dalí himself and offers visitors a unique and captivating experience into the surrealist world of the painter. The tour through the rooms allows us to observe his early artistic experiences, surrealism, nuclear mysticism and passion for science until we reach the works of the last years. • The Dalí House Museum was built on a former fishermen’s huts in Portlligat (Cadaques). Inside, it has a labyrinthine structure where it is easy to get lost and is decorated with a collection of objects that he collected throughout his life. • Púbol is the village where Dalí bought the medieval castle from the 14th century as a gift to his wife and muse Gala. As a curiosity it is worth mentioning that only those who had an invitation written by her could visit it, even Dalí himself needed it. The castle of Perelada is located 19 km from Somnis de l’ Empordà, is a medieval fortress of the fourteenth century flanked by two imposing towers and surrounded by a lake, with 8 hectares of magical gardens.
